Our class won $25 of free books as did jaxon from the school book fair! We couldn't be happier!

Testing the properties of minerals.

We are talking about properties of rocks and minerals. Last day we talked about colour not being a very accurate way to name a mineral. Some minerals have many colors. Today we tested hardness with a steel knife, a penny and our finger nails.

We will have our first spelling test tomorrow.
We will go to the book fair.

The last home reading sheet for September is coming home today!
